About the service

AdShare connects advertisers with Telegram and Instagram creators, handles payment through escrow and measures results by link.

Roles

A user signs in with Telegram and chooses a role once: advertiser or creator. Only an administrator can change the role.

Payment and commission

• The ad budget is reserved when ordering and held in escrow for 72 hours.
• Payment is calculated from unique visits and does not exceed the chosen budget; the unused part is returned.
• Platform commission is 15%; the creator receives 85%.
• Minimum withdrawal for creators: 10 000 UZS.

Content and moderation

The advertiser is responsible for the legality and accuracy of the material. Channels and accounts are reviewed by a moderator; an account that breaks the rules may be restricted.

Cancellation

An order not yet accepted by the creator is cancelled by the advertiser. An accepted order is cancelled by an administrator and the money is returned.
